Why non-refundable saves you 40%

Green Season is when Koh Samui is at its most beautiful — the jungle wakes up, the beaches empty out, and airfares drop. By locking in a non-refundable booking, you take on a small amount of scheduling certainty in exchange for the strongest possible price. It's a straight trade.

What's included with the non-refundable rate?

On 7+ night stays, your rate includes a one-way airport transfer and a mid-stay cleaning. At 14+ nights, the airport transfer is return. We also include late checkout when availability allows.

What if it rains?

Then it's a great villa day. Koh Samui doesn't get typhoons — those hit the Pacific side (Philippines, Vietnam, Hong Kong), not the Gulf of Thailand. What we get in Sep–Nov is short tropical showers, usually late afternoon, that make everything green. If a day turns fully wet, your villa has streaming subscriptions, board games, card games, and a family-day playbook ready. We can also send a therapist for in-villa massage, and we keep a Samui "rainy-day guide" of the best indoor spots, cooking classes, and covered markets. A rain day here is a slow day, not a lost day.

Can I change the flexible rate at short notice?

The Flexible rate lets you cancel or move dates up to 14 days before arrival with no penalty. Inside 14 days, standard property terms apply. If your dates are locked in, the Non-Refundable rate saves you meaningfully more.
